Frida Hök
Frida Hök obtained a Master degree in Environmental Science. She has a professional background in the field of environmental NGOs, spreading from ecolabeling and consumer awareness to international cooperation on chemical issues.
She joined ChemSec in 2009 and has been responsible for ChemSec strategic policy work. Her work has among others focused on the development of the “Restriction of (the use of certain) Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic Equipment” (RoHS) directive, the development of community wide criteria for endocrine disrupting chemicals as well as on the implementation of REACH, specifically the authorisation process.
Today her main focus is on the implementation of the Chemical Strategy and the REACH Revision.
